Job summary

DEBRA UK is seeking a motivated Store Manager for our Widnes retail location. This full-time, permanent role is 35 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a salary of £25,480.00 per annum (£14.00 per hour).

You will lead an inclusive team of staff and volunteers, driving store performance both physically and online to support the EB community. You will recruit, develop and manage volunteers, uphold excellent customer service, and maximise profits through merchandising and donor processing

• Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success

Our Widnes Retail Store Manager will join us on a full time, permanentbasis working a contract of 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 earning a salary of £25,480.00 per annum / £14.00 an hour.

We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) - a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

What we are looking for in our Retail Store Manager:

You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retail administration and management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store in Widnes.
