DEBRA International in Widnes is recruiting a Store Manager to lead our Widnes retail store on a full-time permanent basis. You will maximise income through in-store and online channels, while guiding an inclusive team of paid staff and volunteers.

We value exceptional customer service, strong administration and leadership, and you will play a key role in delivering impact for the EB community. The role includes DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities.

As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store’s performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. Our WidnesRetail StoreManager will join us on a full time, permanent basis working a contract of 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 earning a salary of £25,480.00 perannum / £14.00an hour.

About DEBRA

We are anational charity that supports individuals and families affected byEpidermolysis Bullosa (EB)– a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

What we are looking for in our Retail StoreManager:

You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retailadministrationand management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store in Widnes.

Your Key Responsibilities in the role of Retail StoreManager:

• Effectively recruit,maintain, and manage both paid employees and volunteers
• Ensure a standard of excellence ismaintained, in terms of customer service
• Maximising profits to increase overall contribution of the store
• Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success
• Generate quality donated goods to achieve processing targets tomaintainshop density levels
