Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking a Store Manager for the South Shields store in the United Kingdom. You will lead daily operations, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a team, manage stock and standards, and ensure a welcoming experience for every customer. A proven track record in retail management is preferred; salary to £32,000 with performance bonus.

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
