Job summary

Superdry is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to lead our Grays store and drive performance across the business. You will be responsible for the overall running of the store, smashing targets and embedding the Superdry culture with energy and accountability.

As a hands-on leader you will build a motivated team, deliver exceptional service, coach vision, and ensure the VM standards are world-class. You will be the face of the brand, delivering results and an engaging shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience.
• An established retail manager ready to lead a business.
• Ideally experienced in fashion, though not mandatory.

The Role

Our Store Managers break the mould and embrace everything Superdry.

Taking responsibility for the overall running of the store, your primary focus will be smashing store targets whilst also embedding the Superdry culture. An inspirational leader you will empower those around you to be themselves, to innovate like mad, and most importantly, your team will love what they do and have fun doing it.
