Job summary

Superdry is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Brighton. You will drive sales, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure customers enjoy an outstanding service experience.

You are an established retail manager with a passion for fashion who leads by example, develops people, and relentlessly aims to exceed targets while embedding the brand culture across the store.

The Role

Our Store Managers break the mould and embrace everything Superdry.

Taking responsibility for the overall running of the store, your primary focus will be smashing store targets whilst also embedding the Superdry culture. An inspirational leader you will empower those around you to be themselves, to innovate like mad, and most importantly, your team will love what they do and have fun doing it.
