Job summary

Superdry is seeking an inspirational Store Manager in Greater London to drive store targets while embedding the brand culture. You will lead a high-performing team, empower individuals, and ensure customers have memorable experiences in-store.

You will own day-to-day operations, maintain stock accuracy, oversee visual merchandising, and nurture a positive, inclusive team environment with a focus on development and continuous improvement.

The Role

Our Store Managers break the mould and embrace everything Superdry. Taking responsibility for the overall running of the store, your primary focus will be smashing store targets whilst also embedding the Superdry culture. An inspirational leader you will empower those around you to be themselves, to innovate like mad, and most importantly, your team will love what they do and have fun doing it.
