Job summary

Superdry in High Wycombe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales with a passion for our brand. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, visual standards and store performance, mentoring colleagues to reach their best.

You'll work in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, receive a generous clothing allowance and employee discounts, and be encouraged to develop your leadership skills through dynamic training and development opportunities.

The Role

Being an Assistant Store Manager means you are a role model. You will be commercially focused and obsessed with smashing targets, not simply achieving them.
