Job summary

Superdry is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in our Grays store. You will drive sales, manage day-to-day operations and foster a vibrant, inclusive workplace that reflects the Superdry culture.

You will coach staff to become product experts, deliver outstanding service, and champion visual merchandising while maintaining our strong brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a retail store manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated passion for the brand and strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve targets.

The Role

Our Store Managers break the mould and embrace everything Superdry.

Taking responsibility for the overall running of the store, your primary focus will be smashing store targets whilst also embedding the Superdry culture. An inspirational leader you will empower those around you to be themselves, to innovate like mad, and most importantly, your team will love what they do and have fun doing it.
