Job summary

Superdry is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Thurrock store to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and smash sales targets while upholding visual standards. You will coach staff, drive the brand experience, and help create a fun, inclusive store atmosphere.

In this role you will develop others, embody the Superdry culture, and adapt to flexible patterns, including potential 4-day weeks depending on store needs. Your passion for fashion will shine daily.

Being an Assistant Store Manager means you are a role model. You will be commercially focused and obsessed with smashing targets, not simply achieving them.
