Job summary

C2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a busy Southport store. You will lead day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage a motivated team on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining brand standards and health & safety compliance.
