Job summary

Extra Room Self Storage is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to run the day-to-day operations of our stores. You’ll be part of a small, friendly team in a growing, long-established family-run business.

This is an interesting and varied customer service and sales role, helping customers find storage solutions and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

Job DescriptionExtra Room Self Storage is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to learn and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our stores. Youll be part of a small, friendly team in a growing, long-established family-run business. This is an interesting and varied customer service and sales role. You'll spend most of your time helping customers, finding the right storage solutions for them and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Main duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Dealing effectively with sales enquiries by phone, face to face and by email
• Managing customer accounts
• Tracking store performance and reporting to directors
• Taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the store
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented store

Were looking for someone with:

Working pattern:4 weekdays, 8:30am to 6pm Saturday, 9am to 2pm one week and 9am to 3pm the nextYoull therefore have one weekday off each week.
