Extra Room Self Storage is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to run the day-to-day operations of our stores. You’ll be part of a small, friendly team in a growing, long-established family-run business.

This is an interesting and varied customer service and sales role, helping customers find storage solutions and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and ideally sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
• Good computer skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Dealing effectively with sales enquiries by phone, face to face and by email.
• Managing customer accounts.
• Tracking store performance and reporting to directors.
• Taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented store.
