Job summary

B&M is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Plymouth-area store in a designate role, with responsibility for driving store performance and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead from the front, and travel across stores in the area as required.

As the leader of the store, you’ll manage a high-performing team, make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit, and ensure high standards of availability and service.
