Job summary

B&M Retail in Brighouse is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store performance, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a high-energy team and be accountable for stock, compliance and controlling costs in a fast-paced environment.

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, maintaining high store standards and delivering results across key KPIs in a busy retail setting.
