B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager for our Doncaster store to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take full accountability for store performance, drive sales, lead your team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

The ideal candidate will be flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a hands-on, proactive leadership style that motivates staff and upholds high store standards.
