OBM Consultancy, in partnership with a distinctive British lifestyle brand, seeks a Store Manager for its Oxford boutique. You will lead daily operations, drive sales profitability, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will embody the brand values, maintain premium visual presentation, and manage all store functions to ensure consistent high standards and a secure back-of-house operation.

Qualifications

The Role

OBM Consultancy is supporting a distinctive British contemporary lifestyle brand in the exclusive search for a Store Manager to lead its Oxford boutique.

The Store Manager will have full accountability for the boutique's daily operations, commercial performance and team development. The role requires a hands-on retail leader who can maximise sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service, visual presentation and operational standards.

The successful candidate will also act as a true ambassador for the brand's culture and values, developing the team to consistently deliver the same high standards.

Key Responsibilities
