Savers Health Home & Beauty in Orpington is hiring a Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance. You’ll ensure high standards, audit processes, and deliver outstanding customer service and sales on the high street.

With 2+ years of retail management experience, you’ll inspire your team, build local community connections, and manage shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Competitive salary £35,350 plus bonus and generous benefits.

Location: Orpington

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
