Savers in Middlesborough is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store, maintain high standards, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. You’ll audit processes, uphold brand standards, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results while building strong links with the local community.

With 2+ years in retail management, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, coach your colleagues, and prioritise customers.

Location: Middlesborough

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
