Job summary

Savers in Workington is hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain our high standards, and drive customer service and sales on the high street. You will lead a team across shifts, implement audit processes, and build strong links with the local community while delivering a rewarding, fast-paced career with a generous bonus scheme.

This full-time role includes 39 hours per week, plus generous holiday and benefits.

Location: Workington

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
