Job summary

Savers in Yeovil is recruiting a Store Manager to join the team. You will lead a store with a focus on maintaining standards, auditing processes, and delivering top-tier customer service and sales performance on the high street.

You will inspire and develop your team, lead by example, and build connections with the local community. The role is full-time with flexible shift patterns and a generous bonus scheme.

Location: Yeovil
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £34,350 / £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
