Job summary

Savers is hiring a Store Manager in Exeter. You will lead a team, manage shift patterns, and drive exceptional customer service and sales performance on the high street.

With 39 hours per week and a salary of £38,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme, you’ll oversee standards, audits and community engagement while developing the team and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and sales standards.

• Lead and develop the store team to meet standards.
• Ensure audit processes are followed and outputs are accurate.
