Savers Health Home & Beauty in Telford is hiring a Store Manager to lead our busy retail team. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week, a salary of £34,350 per annum, and a generous bonus scheme.

You will drive standards, service, and sales on the high street. As a Store Manager, you’ll audit processes, maintain visual and operating standards, and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while building community connections.

• 2+ years retail management experience.

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
