Job summary

Heron Foods in North Shields is seeking a Store Manager to lead and energise a busy retail team. You will drive sales targets, coach staff, and ensure excellent store standards and customer service in a fast-paced community environment.

You will oversee daily operations, stock control, health & safety compliance, and talent development, contributing to Heron Foods’ expansion and customer-focused culture.
