Job summary

Heron Foods Limited seeks a Store Manager for our Newcastle-under-Lyme store to lead a high-energy team and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, staff coaching, and delivering a great shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
