B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager for its Keighley store in the United Kingdom. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure an outstanding customer experience with strong focus on availability, merchandising and store presentation.

• Confidence managing compliance, stock and health & safety.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential.
