We're hiring a Store Manager for our store in Colton Retail Park, Leeds!

About The Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead your management team and colleagues, managing all aspects of store operations—from stock management to recruitment. You will operate with autonomy, leveraging your commercial acumen to maximize sales potential. Unlike traditional office managers, you'll be actively present on the shop floor, engaging in daily tasks such as processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting floor moves, and ensuring compliance. You will motivate and develop your team, inspiring them to reach their full potential and possibly grow into future managers.

What You'll Need

Applicants should have:

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience in FMCG or big box retail is advantageous but not essential
