Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Store Manager for our Taunton Showroom to lead a sales-focused team and deliver a five-star customer experience. You’ll coach staff, drive revenue, protect margins and ensure exceptional service.

You’ll manage showroom operations, schedule weekends, maintain visual standards and build strong relationships with regional partners. A strong track record in retail leadership and a passion for kitchen design is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience in the retail industry leading a team, desirably within KBB
• A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
• A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends

£40,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £50,000+)

As a Store Manager, you'll lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.
