Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for our Bristol Cribbs Causeway showroom. You will own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, delivering tailored kitchen designs and an exceptional experience that drives conversions and earnings.

You’ll convert enquiries, design for creativity and value, build lasting relationships, and manage your pipeline while achieving sales targets. A UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Proven ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Experience in home improvement industry is desirable but not essential.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £65,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
