Job summary

Magnet invites applications for a Kitchen Sales Designer at our Glasgow showroom, guiding customers from initial showroom conversation to installation. You will craft tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and drives sales.

With a base salary of £28,000 plus uncapped commission, you can achieve an OTE of around £35,000 or more by meeting and exceeding targets.

£28,000base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you'll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who we're looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirablebut not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
