Job summary

Magnet Derby Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation. You will design tailored kitchens while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You’ll convert enquiries, manage pipelines, conduct home visits and thrive on achieving sales targets with uncapped commission and strong earning potential, within a long-standing UK kitchen specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Great communication and organisation skills.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirablebut not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
