What does a Convenience Store Manager do?

A Store Manager at Greens Retail is responsible for the overall management of your store. We seek exceptional individuals who thrive on challenges and aim to deliver some of the best convenience stores nationally. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a strong team to provide excellent customer service
• Creating a positive working environment
• Building strong relationships with the local community and hosting events
• Managing daily store operations to uphold high standards
• Recruiting, mentoring, training staff, and shift planning
• Driving store performance to meet KPIs and future goals
• Ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with health & safety and other procedures

Managers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week over 5 days, including evenings and weekends as required. We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate store needs.

• Food retail experience (preferred)
