Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations across Hertfordshire and North London stores. You will own your store, delivering exceptional coffee and service while coaching your team to perform at their best.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage day-to-day standards, and drive sales through memorable guest experiences. The role includes a performance bonus, thorough training, and generous staff perks across shifts.

Job description

We are looking for a Store Manager to support stores across Hertfordshire (Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Harpenden) and North London (High Barnet, North Finchley and East Finchley). Our Store Managers take ownership of their own store, providing excellent customer service and operational standards. They:

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee... and matcha... and seasonal drinks... every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
