Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Helensburgh High Street. This role involves leading all store operations, driving sales, ensuring outstanding customer service, and owning the store's performance daily.

You’ll recruit and develop the team, mentor Costistas, collaborate with colleagues to deliver Costa's guest experience, and uphold our standards while welcoming new customers in the local community.
