Specsavers Guildford is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy team in the heart of Guildford. You’ll drive excellent customer care, manage daily store operations, and develop staff to reach their full potential.

Our store

Located in the heart of Guildford's bustling town centre, Specsavers Guildford is a busy, modern store dedicated to providing exceptional eye and hearing care. The store offers a comprehensive range of services, including NHS and private eye examinations, contact lens fittings and aftercare, children's eye care, enhanced eye health services, hearing tests, hearing aids and ongoing audiology support. With a wide selection of frames, lenses and hearing solutions, our experienced and friendly team is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and clinical excellence to every patient.

What’s on offer?

• £36,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience with teams of 10+ (Specsavers Guildford has 35+ staff members)
• 40 hours - 5 days a week 8:15am - 5:30pm with alternate weekends or 4 days a week 8:15am - 7pm with alternate weekends

Specsavers experience preferred but Optical Training of 7 years + required to be considered.
