Job summary

Specsavers Buckingham is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver exceptional eye and hearing care to the local community. You will drive health-check services, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of customer service while supporting colleagues’ development.

With a focus on teamwork and operational excellence, you’ll manage day-to-day store activities, scheduling, and training opportunities to grow your career within the Specsavers network.

Our store

Located in the town of Buckingham, Specsavers Buckingham is a modern store dedicated to providing exceptional eye and hearing care. The store offers a comprehensive range of services, including NHS and private eye examinations, contact lens fittings and aftercare, children's eye care, enhanced eye health services, hearing tests, hearing aids and ongoing audiology support. With a wide selection of frames, lenses and hearing solutions, our experienced and friendly team is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and clinical excellence to every patient.
