Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cobham, England, to lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional customer service in eye and hearing care. You will have 40 hours a week to manage store operations, champion a customer-first mindset, and develop your skills through various training opportunities.

The position offers a salary of £27,000 plus bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including employee discounts, a pension scheme, and additional paid time off for your birthday.
