Job summary

Specsavers Brighton London Road is a busy optical store delivering eye care and hearing services. As Store Manager you’ll lead the team, oversee daily store operations and ensure outstanding patient care.

We offer training, benefits, pension, Headspace, discounts, and a paid birthday day off; 40 hours over 5 days including weekends; competitive salary dependent on optics/experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or optical environment.
• Specsavers experience preferred; optical/management experience essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Specsavers Brighton London Road is a busy, customer-focused optical store offering a wide range of eyecare and hearing services. Our team provides professional eye examinations, contact lens services, dispensing and fitting of spectacles, as well as hearing tests and hearing care. We’re committed to delivering excellent patient care, expert advice and a friendly, welcoming experience to every customer.
