Vision Express Swiss Cottage is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in premium eyewear retail.

You’ll drive sales, oversee eye care services with the latest optical technology, ensure operational excellence and compliance, and inspire your team to achieve bold business objectives.

• Experience as a Store Manager or retail leader.

• Experience in optical retail is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or retail leader
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
• Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire others
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Some experience in an optical retail environment would be preferred
