Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager in London to own the commercial performance, people, and operations of the store. You will lead from the front, represent the Levi’s brand daily, and foster an inclusive environment where people and business thrive.

You’ll drive profit through opportunities, develop a high-performing team, analyze KPIs, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding brand standards. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs.
  • Ability to develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, people processes, and employee relations.
  • Strong operational knowledge across stock, admin, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the store’s profit and loss by identifying and delivering commercial opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team to deliver customer service and results.
  • Analyse commercial data and KPIs; translate insights into actions to drive performance.
  • Monitor store performance through reporting and regular updates to the District Manager.
  • Take full responsibility for store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-calibre team members who live the Levi’s brand and values.
  • Create a strong leadership bench through coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the commercial performance, people, and operations of your store. You’ll lead from the front, represent the Levi’s® brand every day, and create a high-performing, inclusive environment where both people and business thrive.
