Job summary

Priority Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a Store Leader based in Felixstowe, taking ownership of a store within one of the UK’s recognised telecoms brands. You’ll be supported by a hands-on franchise owner and Regional Manager, with clear progression into cluster and area roles for high performers.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£33,000 DOE, plus regular incentives and performance bonuses.

• Taking full ownership of store performance, driving sales, profitability and KPI delivery.
• Leading, coaching and developing your team to consistently exceed targets.
• Creating a high-performance culture with accountability and motivation.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
• Analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Ensuring visual standards and operational excellence are maintained at all times.
• Recruiting, mentoring and developing talent within your store.
• Working closely with the Franchise Owner and Operations Manager to drive commercial growth.
• Leading from the front - setting the standard in attitude, energy and sales focus.

Bonus Potential: Up to £1.000+ per month

Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 10 am - 4 pm on Sundays. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.
