Job summary

EE is seeking a Store Manager for Felixstowe, offering a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 per year with an OTE of £50,000+. You will lead a franchise store, drive sales and customer service excellence, and manage a team to deliver transformative in-store experiences with the latest EE technology.

You will coach and develop staff, implement long-term store strategies, and collaborate with regional managers to ensure sustainable growth and exceptional customer service on the high street.
