Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Exeter is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and maintain high standards across operations and customer service.

You will drive sales, audit processes, and build strong links with the local community while guiding your staff to deliver the best on the high street. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and sales excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales targets and high service standards.
• Ensure audit processes are followed and compliance maintained.
