About the Role

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the store and serve as a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett. Your responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, training, motivating your team, setting clear expectations, and driving financial performance through sales targets. You'll also maintain stock accuracy, implement promotional plans, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Supported by your Regional Manager, you'll act as a role model for world-class customer service. You will undergo training programs such as “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert,” accredited to Level 2 and Level 3, to become a Health & Wellness specialist.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous retail management experience
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Ability to analyze sales figures daily and meet company goals

• Willingness to complete computer-based training for product knowledge
