About the Role:

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will involve representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben and Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
• Using data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
• Negotiating with store decision-makers to ensure maximum distribution, sales, and brand engagement.
• Monitoring the store environment for problems and opportunities, gathering retailer and competitor intelligence.
• Following Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive difference for clients.
• Delivering professional and efficient store visits.
• Recording all information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the independent, wholesale, and convenience sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for building brand awareness and motivated by results.
• Ability to deliver excellent store-level execution.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
• Valid UK manual driving license.
