Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Cardiff invites an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team at our Albany Road branch. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers a salary up to £35,000 per annum and opportunities to design in-store promotions, drive merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will inspire staff, deliver outstanding customer service, hit sales targets, manage audits and stock, and participate in flexible shift patterns. Piercing services training is optional.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – with full training provided (Optional)

Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we candiscuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 PerAnnum
