Job summary

Superdrug on Albany Road in Cardiff is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maximise store performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, audits, budgets and stock control.

This full-time role offers a salary up to £35,000 per annum, a bonus of up to 25%, 30% staff discount, and up to 33 days annual leave. Applicants should have 2+ years in retail management and be ready to drive sales with strong leadership.

• Retail management experience of 2+ years preferred.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 Per Annum
