Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking a Store Manager for our Cambridge store in the United Kingdom. You will own the store, drive exceptional guest service, and uphold our high operational standards to deliver an outstanding coffee experience.

Our Store Managers take ownership of their own store, providing excellent customer service and operational standards. They:

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Always strive for excellence!

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
