Job summary

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is supporting a retailer in Aylesbury seeking a Store Manager to lead the store and deliver exceptional service and strong sales. This role offers autonomy to run the store while being supported by a successful wider business.

You will manage the team, visuals, stock and data, driving performance in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career development.

• Recognising and rewarding great performance while managing underperformance.
• Working closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects.
