Zachary Daniels is recruiting a passionate Store Manager for a prominent Aylesbury branch. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver excellent customer service and drive strong sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll own stock management and merchandising, use business data to identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers including high-value clients. Autonomy to run the store is balanced with corporate backing and clear career development paths.

Formación

• Experience in a retail environment, ideally within a large format fast paced store.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

As Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for your team and the performance of the store. You'll be expected to inspire, motivate and develop your colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve strong sales results. What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects.
