Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with leadership and performance of a large retail team.
• Take full ownership of Visual Merchandising across the store, including seasonal launches, layouts and displays.
• Act as Deputy Store Manager in the Store Manager's absence and oversee overall store operations.
• Use sales data and customer insight to maximise Visual Merchandising opportunities.
• Coach and develop a large team to build a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards across Fashion, Home & Beauty.
• Drive sales, KPIs, customer experience and operational excellence.
• Partner with department leaders to align merchandising with the broader strategy.
• Maintain compliance, safety, stock management and store presentation.
• Bring energy, creativity and strong leadership to the Deputy role.
